Memories of a city, shared through personal storytelling.
Over thirty people — Aleppines, Syrians, Germans and Ukrainians — met in Cologne to exchange memories and experiences connected to the city of Aleppo.
The resulting short video narrations formed part of the exhibition Mein Aleppo at Alte Feuerwache Köln. War is not treated as the central theme, but it marks the stories and frames the act of remembering everyday life in Aleppo.
